I purchased the plan with live chat and live chat is always closed every time I try to use it. It is 8am PST and the chat is closed. The schedule says it should be opened. I’m not getting the service I’m paying for and I’m very dissatisfied.

I am sorry but the chat is being revised,  there are not scheduled chats.  You can use the Forum Q&A for any questions
